Nature Medicine

I savor my solitude every evening during my meditation ritual of walking miles through the woods. The forest so alive and humming…I listen to the birds, the breeze..observing the new growth on the tips of the fir trees and the waist high nettles with leaves bigger than my palm. I notice the tiny mushrooms, and magenta flowers soon to become salmon berries. I observe. I pray. I focus on the blessings of the day. Asking for guidance and direction, I always come out feeling so energized, refreshed and with a head full of really clear exciting ideas and great inspirations. Its medicine, my gift to myself..
